Kids Heart Felt Health works with many children in underserved communities,
as well as children with chronic medical conditions. Many of these
children lack access to affordable healthy food and their families cannot afford cooking supplies to prepare healthy meals.
For as little as $5/month, you can help us provide food and/or cooking supplies to these children and their families.
